In recent trends the development of structural steel using cold formed section plays a vital role in main frame construction portal frames. These frames find its use economic industrial, agricultural and residential buildings due to lightweight robustness. With major claims comparison with hot rolled profiles, possesses low cost, highly versatile standard design procedures. Among various designs, industrial storage racks are most prominent structures constructed steel. It has been widely incorporated rational space utilization warehouses factories for goods storage. rack systems have classified as static dynamic types. The adjustable pallet was found be commonly used system. consists transversal beams column upright which is grounded base plate connections. This system provides stability down aisle direction. (stringers) boxed cross-sections while columns (uprights) open thin walled perforated accept tabs beam end- connectors, join together without bolts or welds. paper addresses problem determining stiffness strength assemblies.
